RIB and BOAT MAINTENANCE

Regular cleaning and maintenance of your boat or RIB can improve performance and also maintain a level of value. Instead of just considering your pride an joy as a luxury, it should be considered as a long term asset. If you keep it in tip top condition a higher value will be achievable when you decide to sell or upgrade to a newer rig.


Depending on what type of boat or yacht you own will depend on the preparation and application of finishing's, from antifoul, to polishing or final paint protection using a ceramic coating. We only use the best products from the leading manufacturers and with our experience your craft will be rejuvenated to the best possible condition.

ANTIFOULING

Our antifoul service includes a water level test where we place the boat in the water with the average 'at rest' weight, this is marked on the hull and then a laser level is used to mask up that perfect water line. The under waterline level is then keyed back, primer applied and then the appropriate antifoul paint is used, normally applying 2 to 3 coats depending on the usage.

CERAMIC COATINGS

Prepare and apply a ceramic coating which provides a final protective layer against minor scratching which also provides a UV protection to minimise paint fade.
